What is the Internal party name in Install base parameter setup?

We have a global single instance with multiple operating units, Legal Entities and Inventory Organizations . We can't choose a single legal entity as the Internal party name. since we have multiple Legal entities.  In this situation, what should be the value we choose for the Internal Party name in Install base parameter setup?
