(unified archive) Archive creation failed: Failed to locate AI media, --exclude-media may be used

Should I be able to create the archive with AI media included when the support repo is activated ?

NOTE:  Running archiveadm with the --exclude-media flag completes successfully.  Other installations using the default release repo work fine.

Primary error appears to be

pkgrepo: Framework error: code: 35 reason: error:14094410:SSL routines:SSL3_READ_BYTES:sslv3 alert handshake failure URL: 'https://pkg.oracle.com/solaris/support/versions/0/'

Test case:

# archiveadm create -r /var/tmp/test.uar
