How can a load be re rated?

Working with compartmentalized in transit loads in Transportation Management Sistem, at delivery confirmation, load quantities are updated, also weight and volume, but if I try to re rate from P4945 or running R4981 (proof mode), the carges doesn't change.

How can I do to re rate a load after delivery confirmation?
