Invoking MVG applet from Pick Applet; New button is disabled in MVG applet

Hi All,

We have Account Form applet as the primary.  Contact List Applet as a Child (Parent Child View).

In Contact List Applet, we have 'Contact Type Field' which is MVG field.

MVG applet has two fields Contact Type and Primary.

'Contact Type' is a pick list field which gets values from S_LST_OF_VAL table.

User is able to create new 'Contact Type' field and save (new/Delete/Cancel button is enabled in mvg applet.

Issue:

We tried putting the contact Last Name field as Pick Applet in 'Account Form Applet'.  In the Contact Last Name Pick Applet we have Contact Type field which is MVG.
