11.1.2.3 Default custom defined functions missing

After a fresh install of hyperion and Essbase version 11.1.2.3 (patched to 11.1.2.3.500) the default custom defined functions for calcmanager are not available in our instance.

Both the instances are on same patch level.

Kindly let me know how to get these functions? Is there a way to add these functions?
