Need to restirct BPA lines while making releases

Hi,

I have created BPA with 10 lines and made few releases for same BPA. Now i would like to block line number 2 at BPA, means system should not allow to make release with this line (i.e. 2). How to restrict BPA lines. However i cannot cancel this lines becase already made few releases.
