How to configure oracle application split into 2 addres application with acces one database withoulo

Hello All Oracle Master that very kind

I have a problem how to configure oracle application split into 2 server application but acces one database. This split is not using load balancer. I got info from SR to follow Note 384248.1  - Sharing The Application Tier File System in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12, but after following this note , the addres oracle application is still one addres not two.

Architecture;

Server App1 (primary)

name = hrdb

Server App2 (second)

name = hrapp

Server Database

name hrd.

Current condition after follow Note 384248.1 is

access hrdb.sg.co.id:8000 on IE browser , the commplete addres change into hrapp.sg.co.id:8000
