How can we change original asset number to new asset number while performing a partial transfer?

When a store is being closed, We want to transfer the assets in closed stores to other stores in some other locations. In that case, is there any possibility to change the closed store assets to new asset number while performing an asset transfer in EBS.

In EBS, while doing a source line transfer through Asset Workbench--> Source lines, it is only possible to transfer assets to an already existing assets but not to a new asset.
