Territory Setup is not working for Attribute "Customer Name"

Dear Gurus,

As per the business requirement, whenever the customer name is equal to "XXXX" the service request should be automatically assigned to default Owner based on the territory setup. I was added an attribute customer name in the territory types and enabled territories for this.

I did all the setups for the territories and ran the STAR concurrent program. After this created a service request for the customer "XXXX" and the SR is not assigning to the default owner which given in the territory setup.

Please do the needful and find the attached document for territories setup.
