Open Enrollment Rate start date

Hi All,

I am working on open enrollments and I have created a rule for Rate Start Date for the Program Enrollment. And for the Rate End Date I am using 1 Prior rule. This is not working correctly.

Just wanted to know if I have to use a rule against Rate End Date if I have used a rule again Rate Start Date.

How do I decode that.

And can any one help me with a small brief on the importance of these Rates Start Date and End Date. Is this difference from the Standard Rates that we have.
