SUI Qtrly Weeks Worked Report and Flat File

With an Auto Pay BiWeekly Payroll, I am unable to report actual hours worked.

I have a 26 week Payroll Year

I have AutoPay employees - 1 time card

I have Employees with Multiple time cards.

The processing options on the R07810 :

Blank = Hourly Basis
1 = Dollar Basis
2 = Any time card is equal to week

Total Pay Periods for O Pay Frequency = 26

Processing option 2 is the only option to get  Weeks Worked and Total Pay Period for O Pay Period = 26

Question 1 - Reporting on the 3rd QTR for Autopay only, Using option 2, I am getting 7 weeks when I should be getting 14 weeks on the report?
