Having a problem getting the BIP debug to function

Hi all

I hope somebody can help with this.  I am trying to get the debug working on our BI Publisher implementation.  I have created the xdodebug.cfg file in the jdk\jre\lib folder as directed.  The file contains the following:

LogLevel=STATEMENT

LogDir=E:\OraHome_1\BIP_Debug

When I run my BIP reports, nothing is getting created in this folder.  Am I missing something?  Any idea are welcome.
