HFM security audit log of last date users logged in

Is there a report in HFM of when uses where logged in last? Does not matter what task they were processing. We are evaluating the need for access for some users and would like a report that would identify all users that have not logged in as a specified date.  FDM offers this report but cannot locate this in HFM.
