ZS3-2 Active/Passive Configuration

Dear All ;

I am trying to setup cluster between 2 controller ; each have 1 disk readzila  and there are 2 disk enclosure each have 1 disk logzila;

i am trying a lot to create Active/Passive cluster but at the end the status of each cluster are Active / Active not Active / passive.

I need a help to configure this Storage as Active/Passive cluster . please provide a steps
