how to speed up printing in JDE E1

Hi, user has quoted as below :

Recently, we have more and more printing job (please refer to below – more than 20 jobs submitted within 1 hours).

1.       Is there any way to speed up the printing speed?

2.       Can we create separate job queue to speed up?

can i suggest to increase printer memory?

setup different job queue with different priority on the jobs ?

to submit job locally for printing ?

Pls advice the proper way of improving this..
