RDF: Hooks

Hi,

To generate forecast approval alert, we need to create hooks in appcust.xml file. Have a couple of queries related to this:

1. Do we need to create a new appcust.xml or a template file is available with GA and we can add to it. If the file is provided, where do I find in install.

2. Where should we place the appcust.xml file. The guide mentions set up directory of each domain. So, if I have 10 local domains under a global domain (e.g. /RDF/ldom0..../RDF/ldom10).

    Do I need to place under /RDF/ldom0, /RDF/ldom01 or I need to create a separate directory /RDF/ldom0/setup/appcust.xml.
