Organization Chart is Blank or not getting displayed

Organization chart is not getting in Manager self-service or employee self-service responsiblity.

Application version - 12.2.4 ..

Before deploying the organization ear to the weblogic server do we need to apply any patch for getting the ear file. How to find the location of the ear file.
