What is the best way to find out about Enhancement Bud requests?

These Enhancement requests were created by Oracle in response to my SR.  The original SR's were closed and updated with the Enhancement Bug, but they can not tell me the status or even seem to find out the status of the requests.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
