Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.3 Cell Data History

Hello,

I am trying to enable cell data history, however going through some tutorials, they all point to Administration > Application > Reports > “Auditing” tab.  However in Administration > Application > I do not have the "reporting" link. All I have is Broadcast Messages, Properties, Statistics, Settings, Manage Applications, Create Database and Refresh Database.  Is there another module that needs to be installed? Or did I miss some sort of configuration?
