Pay Rate Multiplier

Question about the number of decimals for Data Item PAYM:

We would like to be able to define the Pay Rate Multiplier (Alias PAYM)  as using 3 digits (e.g. 1.025) after the decimal point rather than using the current standard of 2 digits after the decimal.

Providing that it is a brand new JDE 9.1 payroll implementation, with no prior existing payroll history transactions, could we modify the Data Dictionary display decimals for Data Item PAYM, the same way we are allowed to with respect to data items PHRT, BHRT an SHRT?
