OAF Error - Error(116,9):TransactionContext not found

Hi All,

          I am getting the below error in Jdeveloper when I try to compile the controller class.Can any one please let me know how can I get rid of it ?

Error(116,9): TransactionContext not found  in class oracle.apps.per.selfservice.common.SSHRParamTable in class oracle.apps.per.selfservice.common.SSHRParams in class scif.oracle.apps.sper.selfservice.personalinformation.webui.xxscifActionTypeCO
