How to detetct / prevent specs folder copy and overwriting.

Hi.

I have developers on Fat Clients who has the bad practice of copy (backup) and even worse, overwritnting SPEC folder in their own workstations.

Is there any way to detect / or prevent this?

We have Enterprise One 8.98.4.6
