Supplier Hub 12.1.3 : Integrated Supplier Import Program is unable to de-associate Supplier contact

Hi,

We are using supplier hub related Integrated program success fully to create -update supplier/site/contact/Business classification.

The only piece is not working is "Supplier contact de-association from address' . Please suggest if there is any alternate approach needs to follow or it is issue with patch version.
