Can you enable line reordering in Oracle HTML Quoting?

in iStore - EBS (MOSC) Question

Does anyone know if there is a way to enable in Oracle HTML Quoting the ability to reorder the lines on a quote?  For example, if a salesrep enters 3 quote lines, they may want to move the 3rd line entered up the quote to become the 1st or 2nd quote line.

As of right now, if the rep does not like the sequence in which the lines are on the quote, they have to remove and add them back.  This is more of an issue when the rep comes back to a quote to remove a part/line and does not want the newly added line to drop to the bottom of the quote.
