Same resource different cost requirement.

The same organization uses the same resource and has a different hourly rate when processing a specific mateial.  Is there any way to support this requirement without setting up duplicate resources.  Duplicate resources will be an issue for ASCP and EAM to OPM Resource connections.  We are on Standard Costing.  I thought I could use different cost component classes, but these are also tied to the resource.  The only option for entering resource cost is by LE/Org/Calendar and Period.
