Why is State and County Fields Showing for Canada Suppliers After Upgrading to 12.2.3?

Greetings,

We have just upgraded from 11.5.10.2 to 12.2.3 and per the attached screen shot, our Canada suppliers addresses are showing the State and County fields reserved for US suppliers.  How do I correct this?  Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide us.
