Upload Third Party Stock Count from SIM to RMS

I completed Third Party Stock count in SIM, 

Now while transfering  flat file to RMS i'm getting error :

APPLICATION ERROR: Item is non-inventory and/or not a sellable-only transformed item ref: 10000020503 Record #0000000151


It is for 22 items . Is it possible to  comment out or delete the erroneous items from the file  in order to load the file??
