ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [lxkLikeSB() 246] [SIGSEGV] , ORA-00600: internal error

We have Oracle RAC 11.2.0.2.6 3 node cluster with OCFS2 on RHEL 5.

We encountered ORA-07445 and ORA-00600 with the following description.

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [lxkLikeSB() 246] [SIGSEGV]  ,

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kokle_lob2lob13:input mismatch],

Please let me know if anyone has the resolution for this error.
