SB6000 chassis with switched 24-port 10GbE NEMs problem

Hello, I´m configuring two SB6000 chassis with two switched 24-port 10GbE NEMs each.

There are five T5-1B blades (3 on chassis 1, 2 on chassis 2). They are running Solaris 11.2 (11.2.2.5.0).

When I plumb the NEM interfaces -ixgbe0 and ixgbe1-, I see a NIC-8000-1C error message, but the interfaces still working. It could be a driver issue, a FEM issue, or am I doing something wrong?
