ORA-20099: E-Business Suite Patch Edition does not exist.

I cannot continue with my upgrade from 12.2 to 12.2.4 because have problem with  patch 18288881 R12.TXK.C.DELTA.5

The reason why is error because the  connection to the database from the apps server no longer exist after ebs_login trigger was enable.

Please help, I have been stuck here for 2 wweeks, no solution  yet from my SR....thx
