Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Conditionaly required Flag in Report parameter list

Are the below two things possible in Oracle BI Publisher.Below things were possible in actuate.

1) Is there any way to keep required flag set conditionally in parameters list ?

2) Is it possible to show custom error message if required flag is checked for particular parameter and value for the parameter is null ?
