Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Question about inbound email that creates an activity

Hi would like some help troubleshooting an issue.

whenever an email came in siebel would create an activity but now its not creating an activity.
