Weblogic targets showing wrong patches to apply

I recently upgraded weblogic from 10.3.5 to 10.3.6 but cloud control 12.1.0.4 is requesting I add patches for 10.3.5. Is there an easy way to update the versions for the weblogic targets other than dropping and recreating the whole thing?
