Finding error details of Automatic SQL Tuning Task

The status of "SQL Tuning Advisor" for 11.2.0.1 database in Advisor Central section of 11g Grid Control is "RUNNING". Alert log has messages such as "Process 0x0x4ff2f9818 appears to be hung in Auto SQL Tuning task" followed by "Attempting to kill process 0x0x4ff2f9818 with OS pid = 8030".Querying of data dictionary views DBA_AUTOTASK_JOB_HISTORY and DBA_ADVISOR_EXECUTIONS returns following information:
