How to retrieve value from P98MOQUE?

I have a record in this Work With Media Object Queues application and I want to retrieve its queue path. 

If there's a way to retrieve it from within a C bsfn, then that's the best since I need it within the c  bsfn.  Otherwise, I have to pass the queue path in from an APPL.  So how do I retrieve it from within a c bsfn or an AAPL please?
