Secure Communication between OCOM (Palladion) and SBCs

We are looking at upgrading our software on the OCOM device to get rid of the Bash Shell issue.  In the read me notes I saw that communication between OCOM and SBC probes is now done through TLS over IPFIX.  Are there any documents out there that explain this process and any provide the new ports (if any) that are used?
