Can we use an Internal to evaluate the Prospective supplier.

Hi Team,

I am creating a new RFI template, so evaluate the prospective supplier. Once the prospective supplier is added and Collaboration team is created, only internal user sin collaboration team should be notified for evaluation and scoring.

Once the RFI is published i am not able to see any notifications to internal users. Please suggest.
