Chart with multiple measures and series in BI Publisher on Siebel

Hi Guys,

We are trying to build some chart reports in BI Publisher integrated with Siebel. Just in case, If you are not familiar with Siebel, BI Publisher is shipped out of the box with Siebel CRM.

I need to display a chart with Outcomes on horizontal axis and Escalation Types with in each Outcome on the same horizontal axis.

I'm able to show the number of each Outcome types on the horizontal axis with no issues, however I'm not able to get the result of showing the Escalation Types within each Outcome Type.

Please find the attached template and data file. I have explained the process, which I'm following to insert chart with both required format and format achieved, so far.
