MAD Image Issue: io/designer/inline-preview-dynamic-image

When trying to add an image to a mobile App, using URL from a data item in my model, I get:

Error: Failed to load: io/designer/inline-preview-dynamic-image

Please contact the system administrator.

Anybody resolved this please?
