ODA Patch 12.1.2.0.0 does not run catbundle.sql

Hi,

I have applied the 12.1 patch bundle to one of our Non-prod ODA (X3-2,2.10) last week. Everything was good except for following minor issue.

The output showed that "Running catbundle.sql  on the database testdb" and then ".....done"  .

But when i checked the database (registry$history),i cannot find the lasted PSU details or there were no log files in the  oracle home or inventory. Also the database was up and running during the patching.

I have run the catbaundle.sql manually  "@catbundle.sql PSU apply" to fix this . Is this a bug ? Have anyone experienced the similar issue?
