Getting krenel messages in /var/adm/messages with clprivnetx up then down

Hi all,

i have an issue with the following.

Every x minutes we are getting clprivnetx link up and then link down on several interfaces.

Now i see that the interconnects are up and running but i have foumd several other interfaces

here you have an output:
