Notify to Fix final approver from <final approver>

Hi Gurus,

Im facing this issue from the below events

1. Raise an sshr request (EIT) which needs two level supervisor approvals

2. 1st supervisor approved and the FYA went to second supervisor

3. Emp's 1st supervisor changed in the system

4. 2nd supervisor approved

5. SYSADMIN received the email 'Please fix final approver from <final approver>

And the notification shows 'The approval process for <Emp> has halted and will be delayed until the approval chain from <Supervisor1>is fixed. There is a problem in checking if <Supervisor2> is the final approver.

I have tried retrying the workflow but no luck.

Please help me on this!
