Xml Publisher 11.1.1.7 Method not Found: ' Boolean TBCommon.TBProperty.get_BvDefault()

Dear All

I Install the BI Publisher Desktop 11.1.1.7 on windows 2007  It Install successfully and showing the Icon of the Publisher. when I test for Sample Data Upload

It Shown successfully. But when I click on the filed it is giving the following message. (attachment)

Method not Found: ' Boolean TBCommon.TBProperty.get_BvDefault()
