Transactions Available for Reconciliation Report

Does the Transactions Available for Reconciliation Report show partially reconciled lines? For example, if I match €100 credit in GL against the payment of €400. I have €300 that remains unreconciled. However, the report does not pick up on this. Instead it simply removes the €100 credit & €400 payment from the report. Is this the correct functionality of this report
