DSD: display unit cost

The SIM 13.2.6 Implementation Guide, Volume 1 section on Direct Delivery System Admin options describes the 'Display Unit Cost for Direct Deliveries' option as follows: "This option allows the user to view and edit the unit cost on a direct delivery.  Regardless of the display option, the system populates the unit cost of unexpected items or newly created purchase orders in SIM, if cost is available."  However, a test on the PC version shows that if the option is set to 'No', the item cost does not show even when recording a receipt against a new PO.  Is this working
