Performance issue after the Siebel open UI upgrade.

Hello Experts,

After the Open UI upgrade, We are facing few peformance issue in CERT environment. Here is one example about the landing page.

On CERT environment :After login it is taking more time to display the Home page, almost 28 seconds with chart image and 16 seconds without chart. we tried the same scenario on lower environment (SIT)

On SIT environment : After login it is taking 16 seconds with chart image and 10 seconds without chart.

CERT environment configuration : Our CERT Siebel Environment has 2 gateway servers(Red had clustered) 4 App server with F5 Load balancing and Finally 4 Web server with F5 load balancing - SSL enabled and LDAP authentication.
