Server map configuration

Hi,

I have a question:

I have configured three enterprise server instances on one machine and each runs on other foundation/port and separate system data source. In order to split WSJ (to show only the jobs processing on given port) I configured the System data sources I have as a bootstrap DS so only one foundation uses the default server map. I wonder if I need to create another server maps in this situation instead of using System data sources. Are you aware of any risks of this approach. I still have shared System tables as users, packages, OMW and I successfully built and deployed
