Siebel 8.1.1.11 Patchsets Configuration Instructions section

Hi,

we were installing Siebel patches from 5 to 10. Except 9th. Each one rolls back previous one and changes needed files. We installed them by the same pattern like we did with 5th (which we started with).

But a few days ago we realized that we didn't do Configuration Instructions for the patches at all

Unfortunately we don't have patches earlier than 5th. We can't read 'readme' files for them on support (asks password for download) and later patches to check what should be done.

According to this we have several questions:

1. Should we do anything that is described in 'Configuration Instructions' section for patches
