Update an Hourly pay rate for an employee or for a Position

Hi Team,

I am not sure if we can accomplished the below via field services or not but your confirmation and help will be great for me.

I wanted to know do we have a feature in Field service to change the hourly pay rate for an employee or for a particular position. Or this is a Part of HRMS responsibility.

Any near about feature for this?
