Web page warning message shows in HTML encoded

Hello,

Randomly in our newly upgraded application to Siebel Open UI v11, we get this message 'You have initiated a Siebel session while another Siebel session is currently active...' but the message opens in a long, ugly to see and hard to read HTML encoded style and interrupts the user session. There is no way specific way to replicate the issue. You could just be clicking on a tab and then the message appears. Please look at the attachment.
